EU Commission

We started quota negotiations with the EU Commission.

We took the name Istanbul Ready-made Clothing and Apparel Exporters Association.

Showroom Opening

We opened the USA Showroom in New York, USA.

Young Fashion Designers Competition

We started the Young Fashion Designers Competition.

Ministry of Education

We became the first Union to sign a protocol with the Ministry of National Education.

Brussels Representation

We pioneered the opening of the Brussels Representation, the first foreign representative office.

EKOTEKS

EKOTEKS We established Laboratory and Testing Services.

EURATEX

We became a member of EURATEX, the European Ready-made Clothing and Textile Confederation.

We gained the right to represent at the Board of Directors level at EURATEX.

Gezici Eğitim Merkezleri (GEM) We put it into operation.

We identified the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) situation and identified areas for improvement.

We launched Istanbul Fashion Incube, Turkey's first fashion entrepreneurship center.

We published in Germany, Russia and England with the Global Connection newspaper, reaching 25 million 600 thousand readers and telling about Turkish ready-made clothing and Turkish fashion.

Şanlıurfa II. We pioneered the Ready-made Clothing Organized Industrial Zone (HOSAB) project and construction within the OIZ.
